Homeowner Access Portals

Per Section 4 of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for The Lakes at North Park Subdivision, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the The Lakes at North Park  Architectural Committee. Once the Architectural Committee receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approval or deny the request.

To submit a formal request for an exterior improvement:
Please fill out the below Architectural Request Form. Once you complete the Architectural Request Form you will need to submit it to Magnolia Management Services via mail, email or fax.
